To paraphrase a Nov. 2011 article in the Oregon Wine Press, in late 2010, fortune smiled on Carmen and Eric Ferguson of Nick's Italian Cafe in McMinnville. A building became available at 777 NE 4th in Mac, next to the railroad tracks barrier. It's a block and a half from their restaurant, Nick's Italian Cafe. In the 4th Street building is their "Fino in Fondo" which offerings include six classic versions of salami: toscano, gentile, calabrese, sopressata, finocchiona and tartufo.
