BIG IRON -- With apologies to the late, great western singer Marty Robbins, here’s a ‘Mac News’ slow-motion video from 3/24/2023 morning. It shows one of the trusses used in constructing McMinnville’s new Three Mile Lane Bridge. The current “old” bridge was built in 1951. "Big Iron, "a country ballad, was written/performed by him. It was originally released as an album track in September 1959, then as a single in February 1960.
