this exclusive photo during the Saturday, Oct. 18, 2014, YCSW (Yamhill County
Solid Waste) Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event in McMinnville at WOW
(now known as Recology Western Oregon) Recovery Zone on Northeast Orchard Avenue.
When the event started, there was bumper-to-bumper vehicles with people inside
bringing items for disposal or recycling.
